Welcome to migSO, a Salesforce app uniquely designed to clone, export, and manage Salesforce metadata. By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using migSO, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 

2. Use of the App

  • License: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use migSO for your internal business purposes only.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse the code of migSO under any circumstances. Any unauthorized use of this app is strictly prohibited.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of migSO are and will remain the sole property of Tech9logy Creators.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

4. No Branch Offices

We do not operate any branch offices. All services and support are provided exclusively through our primary location and online platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: migSO is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Limited Liability: In no event shall Tech9logy Creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to MigSO immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed following the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
